Electromagnetic wave shielding resin plating

Exhibits high electromagnetic wave shielding properties of over 40dB while utilizing the characteristics of plastic!

"Electromagnetic Wave Shielding Resin Plating" can form a uniform metal film on plastic, allowing for a shielding effect close to that of metal materials while utilizing the physical properties of plastic. Additionally, it can be processed onto high-performance resins such as engineering plastics and super engineering plastics (SPS/PC/PBT/PI/LCP/PPS). 【Features】 ■ Shielding Effect: Over 40dB ■ Shielding Rate: Over 99% ■ Attenuation Rate: Less than 1/100 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Electromagnetic wave shielding resin plating

While utilizing the properties of resin, it blocks over 99.99% of electromagnetic waves! Lightweight, high adhesion, and high shielding. Ideal shielding plating for resin enclosures.

This is a plating technology that leverages the lightweight and molding flexibility of resin while providing high electromagnetic wave shielding performance. By using copper (Cu) or nickel (Ni) plating, it reflects electromagnetic waves and achieves a shielding effect of over 99.99% (over 80dB). It accommodates a wide frequency range from low to high frequencies and can effectively block both electric and magnetic fields. It has excellent adhesion, eliminating concerns about peeling like a film, and also boasts long-term reliability. Two types are available based on application: single-sided plating and double-sided plating, contributing to designs that do not require shielding housings. Depending on the application, you can choose between single-sided and double-sided plating.
